Gave J&T a try because it had cheaper delivery prices compared to other services. But the app was impossible to use. Extremely slow, and I had to spam tap for any of the features to open. I shipped out 10 different packages, each time I had to click on the "Drop Off" button so many times until the app responded. Then, when I was at the actual drop off office, the app would not open my order info so I had to manually input the numbers. I don't think I will use J&T again just because of the app.

Do not use this app! The customer service is useless. When my package arrived it came broken. I was still fine because i put an insurance on it. But the customer service is really hard to contact and when trying to contact the CS through the app they cancelled me when the queue is only 1 person left. When trying to go to one of the offline pick up areas, the employee there helped me to contact the insurance but the insurance here SUCKS! They use absurd reasons to cancel the claim.

Your app sucks, slow and cannot scan a barcode. The system needs a lot of maintenance. I have a bad experience using this expedition.
